dont really give a Damn! Only when i was planning for my
wedding in Nov
2007, i was concerned about my weight and i did set a new year
resolution to lose
weight in 2007 . I have achieved my weight loss resolution in 2007
which i set in early January 2007 . I have lost more than 30 lbs
since
i
use this fabulous weight loss system . I did have a wonderful wedding
and i can wear my wedding gown 2 size smaller. Thats
wonderful isn't it!!??
This Year 2008 , I would like
to continue the same system and would
like to recommend it to my friends that have not heard of this before.
Well,
My secrets is simple. I downloaded this software Fatloss
diet
Generator where you can choose 15 of your favorite foods. It
will
generate 4 diet meals menu for 11 days ! Within this 11 days , you need
to eat the customized diet meals menu. Its very simple and easy. You
dont have to consume diet pills and you dont need to do any exercises.
Its
amazing for me to have shed 7lbs in 11 days and some people
may
lose more than that. After the 11 days , you can have 3 days cheat
proof which means you can eat whatever you like then you can return
to generate the 11 days diet meals menu again.

Set Realistic Goals
Please
do write a realistic weight target. Dont over stretch yourself. This

in 11 days. This is the good news and I am satisfied.

Discipline
You
need to have self discipline and self control is importat.
I dont dine out at restaurants during my first 11 days. I do
follow every diet meals in 11 days. Dont forget that the first 11 days
is
very important
4.
Reward
After
the first 11 days , you can see how much result you have
acheived.
As for me i did achieve 7 lbs loss and i rewarded myself with a
shopping spree by end
of 11 days! I was so happy that my waistline got smaller too! :)
5.
Tell Your friends and family
Tell
your friends /family that you are on special diet. I am sure they
will give you all the support that you will need. This system
does not require you to starve and you
still can have your favorite food. The difference is that you must
follow the rotating menu from the food generator.

My
Sister Helen is my inspiration
As
the title suggests Helen, my sister(see review further down)is my
inspiration. I LOVE this diet. I just started 11 days ago and lost
4lbs. At first I was disappointed, but realize that weight loss takes
time. I love the fact that I can choose what I want to eat and in what
portions. I find this way of eating and explanation to the point, easy
to follow and realistic.
My
sister has now lost over a 100lbs and looks absolutely AMAZING if
she can do it so can I. I plan on staying on this nutritional program

I
look better and feel healthier
The
techniques described in Fat
Loss 4 Idiots are really simple and
straight forward, but it's really nice to have them all written down.
I've been implementing the techniques described in here for the past 2
months and I've already noticed a major difference in my appearance -
I've lost lots of excess flab and I look far better than I did before.
I'm now really excited about how much I can lose in future.

Really
good advice - well worth the money
I
bought Fat
Loss 4 Idiots cause it was cheap and I'm really glad I
did. It was really easy to read and easy to do lots of the things that
this book said I should do to lose weight. So far so good - I'm losing
fat around my face and stomach and feel better for it.

absolutely LOVE the Fat
Loss 4 Idiots diet! It's helped me
to easily drop 25 pounds in three short months. It's so easy
to follow and the food choices are mine to make from the diet
generator. I especially love the three day "cheat" period
where I can satisfy my food cravings and be ready to jump back on the
eleven day diet again. I'm never hungry, I don't feel like

I
don't think I've ever written anything positive about a diet in my
life. The
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Plan has really really worked for me. The
first 11 days I was never hungry and lost 8 lbs. I didn't care too much
for the menu I selected, but I wasn't hungry. The 3 days off is when I
got so hungry and it was hard to not overeat. I went right back on the
plan and lost another 8 lbs. I am drinking the 8 glasses of water a
day, but I don't do the brisk walking. It's 112 degrees here in AZ, I'm
not walking around! I feel better on the diet than off. To me, it's
worth not just $27, but $127. It really works! I give this plan 5 stars
PLUS!

Fantastic
diet
This
is the best diet I have every done. In 18months I have lost
Lbs80,5stone or 36Kilos. It is wonderfull to see the pounds dropping
off everyday. There are another 30 kilos to go but I know it can be
done with this. The most I lost in 11 days was Lbs13. This is the first
time I have ever continued to loose weight or have stuck to a diet for
so long a period. A wonderful find. Thanks very much.

really works!!!
I
have been on the diet for 6 days and i have lost 5lbs and 2 inches
around my waist. I do not walk but hopefully will start. The diet is
really great, but eating the same foods gets old but it is worth it in
the end.

Really Lost Weight
I was really looking for help
in losing weight. In May of 2006 I
read,"Lose
9lbs in 11 days." I thought, I've got to try it. I paid the
$27 dollars, and I lost 15 pounds my first 11 days. And in 6 weeks I
lost a total of 30 lbs. When ever I see that I'm gaining weight now, I
get back on the diet and I lose 3lbs per day.

Easist Diet Ever!
I am NOT a dieter! I never
had a weight problem until I had children in
my mid-thirties. Now, 50, I noticed my metabolism has slowed down
significantly. I was surfing the net to find weight loss programs and
found fat loss 4 idiots! The title intrigued me. It is absolutely the
easiest diet ever! You don't get hungry;you eat 4 meals a day (as much
as you want until you're satisfied, not full) and you lose weight!! I
just completed the 11 day diet and to tell you the truth, didn't follow
it exactly. I had a hockey tournament to go to one weekend and didn't
eat what I was supposed to. I didn't think much about the diet at the
end of 11 days, but decided to step on the scale anyway. To my
surprise, I lost 7 lbs. I wiil start the diet again in three days. I
went back to exercising as well. Kudos to the "Idiots" who try this
diet and succeed! I does work and is very inexpensive compared to

worth the Effort!
Three cheers for this Diet!!
I am now on my 2nd 11 day plan and am so
very excited about my results. I have been on weight watchers for many
years with very slow results and had finally reached a standstill on
weight loss. this diet truly boosted my metabolism into full gear right
away. I did not feel hungry as I did while on WW, and the foods are
nothing short of great tasting healthy meals! Energy levels have
increased. These healthy eating habits would surely benefit anyone at
any weight!
